What do you like most?
Nothing is better than seeing a client sign a contract and immediately submit their deposit. This means that I can not only ensure that revenue is hitting in the month when it should, it also makes a direct impact on the success and morale of my team. Gone are the days of waiting on contracts to come via fax and deposits coming through snail mail. Sertifi to the rescue. The most successful companies that I've worked for use Sertifi for their deposits and contracts. I also am glad that they have added ACH deposits in addition to credit card deposits. Our files have never been cleaner!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system could be more user friendly when it comes to managing multiple signers, especially when there is one person paying the deposits and another signing the contract - furthermore when there are multiple signers in addition to folks managing deposits. This should be an easy fix by adding a drop down to toggle roles more specifically. For now, the only workaround that I have found is to build a separate folder in Sertifi, which prohibits our Hyatt system from managing both through Envision.
