What do you like most?
As the F&B manager of all Cityden Hotels, including Cityden BoLo District, Cityden Zuidas, and Cityden Stadshart, I'm delighted with the partnership with Woby. In addition to the integrations of Woby into our POS (unTill) and PMS (Mews), Woby provides an excellent solution for our room service and table service workflows. The constructive attitude from Woby, the cost savings in our daily operations, and intuitive web app empower us to enhance the guest experience during their stay. It's a win-win situation for all parties involved!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration with Untill is workng great although every employee has to be trained in how to load the untill system correctly to make it work fluently. To get every location trained in the way of loading Untill and Woby was a big challenge. We changed to Untill webmanagement which created 1 system and made it way easyier to run Woby. We did not expect that this extra investment was needed. Starting with Woby with 3 different Untill systems was really time consuming. For now the orders has not been what we expected.
