What do you like most?
The system is very easy to learn and to use. Gives a very good overview. Convenient to reply to guests feedback or to pass on to another head of department. Relevant statistics to use for internal purposes. Always easy to get support in case it´s needed. Very reliable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing really. Would love if LoopOn decided to reintroduce their product for staff surveys that they offered a few years ago.
