What do you like most?
Hotels, restaurants and tourism have always needed a lot of paper. Papermaking has a huge impact on our environment as it requires enormous amounts of wood, energy and water. We therefore made a conscious decision against it. We make sure to use little paper. In this way, we take our guests into a small digital world in which paper waste does not arise in the first place. In every room we provide our guests with IQ tabs, which not only replace the hotel folder in paper form, but also newspapers, brochures and countless information material. There are no limits to creativity, we like the independence in which we can adapt the IQ tabs depending on the occasion, season or guest clientele and will soon also be using telephony via the devices
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are currently completely satisfied and the service is perfect! We would actually make a really very small suggestion for improvement: Orders (for example unsubscribing from the housekeeping service) could be automatically deleted from a period that could possibly be set beforehand. But to be honest, this is "high-level whining" ...
