What do you like most?
Upgraded from Caterease to Tripleseat. It has really helped us to streamline our leads process and do a better job of managing incoming leads and following though all of the stages of the process. The system allows our director of sales to effectively manage the sales team. We really like the option to set up automated tasks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The addition of a diagram/floorplan features would be a great addition. More customization to the lead forms and submission confirmation pages without having to contact support would be great.
