What do you like most?
Responsiveness and collaboration of team members is excellent. The ROI on add campaigns have exceeded our expectations as a portfolio. I also appreciate the continued communication and relationship with the business development team and principles.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A common problem for the industry is turnover and Milestone has also experienced this. The process of web development was challenging on both the Milestone side as well as my team. That said, the Milestone team was very open to feedback and changes to the process going forward.
