What do you like most?
The system is great, easy to use and and customer service is also a plus. I like the diversity of products offered which not all channel managers provide.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Prices are quite expense, in fact I would recommend to any Hotel's owner a PMS that directly integrates with the Channels to keep costs down rather than connecting to a Channel Manager which then connects to the Channels. Most of the times you would have all the products offered by D-Edge included in the PMS price.
