What do you like most?
Using this platform at the hotel has transcended us through the post pandemic needs of our guest. Also the technology has made the operations more efficient with data analytics that allow us to provide better customer service. Going fwd the remote check in process will also help with operational costs as wages will and have continue to increase. This platform allows us to be able to cut some of those costs and in return allow us to offer the guest more of a technological replacement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Power adapter could be smaller, With a smaller adapter it would be less visible and overall easier to unplug for guest.
