What do you like most?
We have loaded 3 months ago on our official website the Hotelway Chatbot. Actually it looks well performing and helpful to whom is visiting our website by giving to customers a positive impression. We are monitoring the number of questions posed to the Chatbot and we are registering an increase week by week. At the moment we are very happy to have installed this Chatbot for our hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Of course the information have to be kept updated periodically to let the Bot learn more and more answers to apply to customers questions.
