What do you like most?
Modern technology, graphics of sent e-mails and a residential website, fast and easy check-in, all this has greatly raised our hotel to a higher level.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have only a few months of experience with MyStay so far, which is unfortunately also marked by a pandemic. In general, MyStay services so far meet our needs. Maybe, we would welcome more freedom in automatic messaging, such as the ability to customize lines and paragraphs.
