What do you like most?
Working with the team at Saba is easy and they are always on hand to reply to our requests. They have helped us this year with setting up two new Saba links which we could then tailor to our individual clients needs which gave us an even better level of customer service setting us apart from our competitors. We also use the platform to keep our guests up to date with what's going on at the hotel and we find Saba is great tool to do this.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see another level added to Saba so that we have the option of another menu, but that's only because we are such a large site that we have a lot of information.
