Simple and quick implementation, super user-friendly, beautiful layout, and multilingual platform. Both guests' satisfaction and revenue have increased with SABA implementation at our resort.
Working with the team at Saba is easy and they are always on hand to reply to our requests. They have helped us this year with setting up two new Saba links which we could then tailor to our individual clients needs which gave us an even better level of customer service setting us apart from our competitors.
We also use the platform to keep our guests up to date with what's going on at the hotel and we find Saba is great tool to do this.

I would like to see another level added to Saba so that we have the option of another menu, but that's only because we are such a large site that we have a lot of information.

When evaluating solutions look at three things:
1) Ease of use both for your guest and your team. If it's hard for guests to use and your team to maintain it won't get used. Hotels are dynamic so you need to be able to quickly and easily update your own content.
2) Tied to the ease of use is the need for your guests to download the solution or not. If the solution is a native app it needs to be downloaded which few guests really want to do. So it's a barrier to uptake. A web-based app accessed via a QR code or WiFi landing page is much easier for your guests.
3) Cost and ROI - The solutions are generally all SaaS models. However, there are a couple of different models offered by vendors. Some offer a fixed monthly fee generally based on a fee per room per month. While others work on a share or percentage of the revenue that goes through the system. Do the numbers and work out what is going to be best for your property. Also, take into consideration any one-off set-up fees, interface licence costs and also ongoing support costs.
