Seemless integration to our hotelkit software. It handles guest requests efficiently. It makes it very easy for a guest to submit their requests. The requests is handled fast and efficiently thanks to the seamless integration.

Answer:

Very easy to use for the guests as well as for the staff. It has a great integration to our platform without any known issues reported from our common customers. It makes saves a lot of time for the frontdesk to be able to fullfill the request emediately after receiving it.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

If you would like to make your staff more sufficient in their work, concider the combination of SABA Hospitality with hotelkit. This will save your staff much streff and give them more time to take care of the guests.
