What do you like most?
What I like most about Event Temple is how flexible and user-friendly the system is. It’s easy to work in, while at the same time giving us so many possibilities to adapt it to the way we work. I especially like how much we can automate through workflows, which helps us create structure, save time and make sure we don’t miss important steps in the sales process. Overall, it gives us a lot of flexibility without making the system complicated to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement would be to make some of the everyday workflows a bit smoother. For example, when selecting items for different dates, it would be great if we didn’t have to scroll as much to make the selections. Another improvement would be within the Task Calendar. I often want to view tasks by assignee, but currently I have to customize the view and select the assignee each time. It would be really useful if we could save our own customized Task Calendar views as templates or default views. This would save time, especially when managing and following up on a larger sales team. Also split items in to Mews even if this maybe lies on Mews.
