What do you like most?
Optii is a very useful system when it comes to time management not just for the room attendant but especially for the supervisors and executive management. Aside from the system, the tech support is very accommodating to all the questions especially when you are new to the system. In line with this, due to the positive outcome on our property, we added 5 more properties and more to come.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think, you have to combine the Optii housekeeper and Optii service and chat so we can have a better and nice operations.
