What do you like most?
Oaky makes it easy for our guests to select the services they would like to use, or book the upgrade to a larger room. They way Oaky provides their service to our guests is an easy way to select what they want. The contact with Oaky is smooth and easy and I am very happy to have a good relationship with them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can not name anything to improve, since Oaky is able to convert their ideas to our hotel and see what fits for our hotel.
