What do you like most?
- Keeping our guests informed about important hotel updates, services and partnerships through push notifications - easy communication with our guests - takes a lot of pressure off our front office team
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only issue is that we sometimes experience technical problems with the screens, for example, they start flickering and need to be reset. So it would be great if their lifespan could be extended.
