What do you like most?
It keeps track of all email communication and is synced with Outlook. Which is helpful when searching for emails you no longer have access to, like colleagues who no longer work at the property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish this was synced with our Hotel PMS (Jonas Chorum). It would be easier to track payments and communication with the front desk.
