What do you like most?
I like Lighthouse Rate Shopping because it provides clear competitor rate comparisons, helps us monitor our market positioning, and supports faster, data-driven pricing decisions. It gives us better visibility of market movements and helps us maintain a competitive rate strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement is the visibility of competitors’ hidden and exclusive offers. Currently, if a competitor is offering a Secret Deal or a similar member-only or targeted discount, it does not always appear to be captured in Lighthouse Rate Shopping. Having better visibility of these offers would help us understand the actual rates available in the market, improve the accuracy of our competitive analysis, and make more informed pricing decisions.
