What do you like most?
TrustYou gives us one place to see reviews from every channel across our 18 hostels, which makes monthly reporting far quicker than pulling from each platform separately. The property comparison view and sentiment breakdowns by category help us spot recurring issues early, and having all responses managed in one inbox keeps our teams consistent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More flexibility in customising the executive dashboard. Different users need different things at a glance: our executives want a high-level snapshot across all properties, while property managers need their own scores, trends and open responses. Being able to tailor the dashboard by user or role would make it far more useful day to day. Visually, it could also benefit from more colour and some icons to make key metrics and changes easier to read quickly.
