What do you like most?
Event Temple has been a game changer for our Sales & Events team. It has significantly streamlined our workflow and improved overall efficiency, particularly through its task and workflow modules, which help keep our team organized, accountable, and on top of both sales follow-ups and operational details. The document design platform has also made it incredibly easy to create professional agreements, BEOs, and other event documentation without adding unnecessary administrative work. Its integration with our property management system has been seamless, but what has impressed us most is the responsiveness of the Event Temple support and development teams. They are quick to react, provide practical support, troubleshoot issues, and, where needed, build or adjust functionality to improve the user experience. We’ve seen a major improvement in how efficiently our team works since implementing Event Temple, and it continues to evolve in ways that genuinely support our operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Add multiple roles to each booking for even better workflows. a new 'Operations' role was added recently; however, there are usually up to 5 people whom work on a booking. (Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, CSM, CS Coordinator, Banquet Captain) Have Automated emails send from the role assigned in the workflow, instead of the booking owner. A report showing percentage of bookings closed and a report showing event space occupancy by day and by number of attendees would be great. Overall we are super happy with the product and Val Brook is the best!
