What do you like most?
Reporting is pretty easy to figure out. Easy to put in leads and bookings. Resumes are easy to update and I like the live leads most of the time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently Tripleseat talked to our reservation system Infor - I wish that Infor would be able to talk back to Tripleseat. it makes it much easier to edit blocks and add shoulder nights.
