What do you like most?
The personalization of the response. The Possibility to change the response. The option to request the help of a writer for complex reviews. the easy use of the translation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Use more AI tools, to adapt the tone, the length of the reply, etc.. I don't know if it is done yet, but an access to the actual hotel data that are used as base for the reply, or an annual check if the data are still accurate.
