What do you like most?
The ease of navigation and the ability to dial in on a daily basis, where we are in terms of productivity. Winning and losing by position and even by employee when it comes to Room Attendants.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Creating a standard increase for rooms with pets. Several hotels are pet friendly, which requires more cleaning, and there should be a standard set of minutes that would increase the minutes required to clean an occupied room with a pet.
