What do you like most?
Clearly laid out, quick to set up, and functional right from the start. The fast and excellent support deserves special mention, regardless of the issue or who on the team responds. The stable and consistently accurate data transfer from PMS to Hotellistat, and vice versa, has also been flawless from the beginning. The automated pick-up report provides an initial overview, is informative, and easy to read. A valuable addition to daily work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing immediately comes to mind that could be improved. An initial challenge, which is nevertheless minor, has already been addressed, and the regular exchange about it is pleasant and productive.
