What we like most about Hotel Time, from the receptionist's perspective, is the graphic page, the overview of the hotel ladders, and the support, which is always very responsive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We think that the options for editing reservations, simpler methods of operations, and moving reservations to another date could be improved.
