What do you like most?
We are new to using Thynk at our hoteland we use it to manage events. So far it has truly elevated the way our team works. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes coordinating all event elements efficient. The support staff and customer service have been outstanding. They’re always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we get the most out of the software. We also recently attended a Thynk conference, and it was incredibly informative. The roadmap was formed on the feedback from suppliers and Thynk have listened.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still learning we cannot be constructive about this aspect as yet, we will be at a future time.
