What do you like most?
HiJiffy helps us respond to many standard questions across platforms that we don’t have as much control over. The chatbot also allows us to respond to clients across different platforms more efficiently and consistently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think you could incorporate more AI-based knowledge into the responses. At the moment, the answers feel quite typical and seem to come from a predefined bank of responses. Nowadays, clients expect responses to feel more natural and personalized, more like they are interacting with a real person.
