What do you like most?
Alice is the tool we use most frequently at the Concierge desk. It is a very effective system that helps us work with guests in many aspects, such as managing reservations, checking and confirming bookings, and handling guest requests. Overall, it is a great support for our daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personally, I would appreciate having more control over the system settings to allow better customization, for example adapting vouchers for each resort. I would also remove the date that is currently repeated twice, as this can confuse guests, and opt for a simpler, cleaner layout. Similarly, for transfers, the system requests the flight time even though this information is already entered in the designated field, which feels unnecessary and could be simplified.
