The total functionality of the system. I like that we can change things very quickly. The customer service team has been very responsive and supportive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having a competed hotel to see and be able to play I. The system before trying to set up our own hotel in the onboarding spreadsheet would be extremely helpful to understanding how the system works and its functions.
