What do you like most?
The comparison feature with other hotels/hostels ensures a good overview of one's own standing and the development of the competition. Very helpful tool. Detailed weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics available.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The info received by email about how many reviews one has received mostly does not match the actually received reviews. From time to time, various error messages occur when submitting a response to a review, which are not comprehensible.
