What do you like most?
Easy access to platform and navigations between three brands. Clear dashboard and easy navigation between tabs. Quick glimpse of goals and achievements. Also I like personally competitors analyses. I greatly appreciate Wojciech’s support with an issue that the support team was unable to resolve. He helped us identify the root cause of the response rate problem, and thanks to his assistance, we can now focus on implementing a solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Access to the platform should also be provided to other managers, such as the Executive Chef and F&B Manager, to ensure greater transparency of department-level comments. The Impact Score calculation also appears inconsistent. In many cases, the positive and negative components are identical, yet they do not seem to offset each other equally. For example, Room Cleanliness has a negative score of -0.02 and the same score of +0.02 on the positive side. This approach does not appear consistent and may distort the overall impact assessment. Additionally, the filters should be easier to use for data comparison. It would be very helpful to reintroduce the monthly, quarterly, and YTD comparison views that were available in the previous version, as they made trend analysis much more intuitive and user-friendly.
