What do you like most?
Great tool for hotel-guest communication. Makes it easy for the guests to contact hotel directly and fast. And allows hotel staff to contact guests, send them pre- check in links to make their check in fast and smooth, send upsell and upgrade services which allows hotel to increase the revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have great experience with DUVE for a few years now. Excellent tool for hospitality business and guest communication .
