DUVE is a hospitality guest-experience platform enabling personalized digital check-in, upselling, messaging, and seamless guest journeys. Prearrival, post departure feedback. When mentioned "messaging". This is not something like another typical guest messaging app - this is WhatsApp. In the 21st century no one would like to open a website and chat with a bot. Well done for arranging it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I guess the only thing I could add up to this smart system is mobile app for the hotel team. So that they can monitor the things from their phones directly without going to their desktops.
