What do you like most?
We are particularly impressed by the seamless integration with the HGV (Hotel and Restaurant Association): Employee registration at the start of the season now takes just seconds instead of hours. All data is organized in one central location, the user interface is extremely simple, and features such as automatic reminders (e.g., for safety courses) and pre-made email templates make our daily work significantly easier. Onboard puts an end to paperwork, confusing spreadsheets, and error-prone data transfer. Especially with over 95 employees, we save a tremendous amount of time and resources at the start of the season, while the entire team always has full insight into the current processing status.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are completely satisfied! The system runs so stably, intuitively and smoothly that we hardly ever need to use customer support in our daily work.
