What do you like most?
I like the simplicity. It is easy to navigate and work with. It is also very time saving for me. I can focus on more complex situations in my work time than sit and work on some relatively easy requests which can be managed digitally.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the visual aspect could be a little bit more "sexier". I've worked with MP in a couple of years and I belevie that a more modern look could improve things.
