What do you like most?
Very good support team, very responsive. It's a solid reliable system and we can run it across the different PMS systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
User Interface needs to be improved, there is a wealth of data in this system and I think if it becomes a more sophisticated system, people would not need other systems as skins on top of this one. Its lack of flexibility does tend to be a drawback but I am also aware that the M3 team is aligned on this matter and working diligently to roll out a grade A product to meet today's needs.
