What do you like most?
I think it is a very good and effective tool for making it easier for guests to leave tips without having to use cash, which they often don't have on them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a smoother transition for employees who have an existing profile at one hotel and move to another.

Thank you!! Yes, we recently released "multi-location" access so associates can seamlessly transition between locations, and/or have the same login for multiple locations they currently work!
