What do you like most?
ThinkReservations never stops improving their product. We've used it for over ten years and they keep add new features, enhancing existing ones and recently they've integrated credit card payments, website, guest communications and booking engine to one platform. Electronic key locks, dynamic pricing and more add-ons are also available. It's a very large, functional system, at a reasonable cost, for small boutique inns like ours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's pretty solid but I would like to see more than one post stay email. Currently we use the existing post stay for the receipt, but I would like to see two more configurable emails to 1) ask for reviews and 2) ask them to follow us on social media.
