What do you like most?
I really enjoy the easy, convenient access to Canary. This helps guest do pre-check ins, set up preferences, and allows them to add on services. Also being able to communicate with guests directly and quickly is such a great option. I enjoy Canary and hope we will continue to use it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The automatic AI, even when turned off it sometimes will still respond. I find it useful in some situations, but not with guest who are upset or needing immediate attention.
