What do you like most?
We like the robot's dynamic in assisting customers who access our website. We like the robot/team interaction, allowing the team to interact at any time during the service. And we like the 24/7 sales through the robot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
New versions should be implemented automatically. We have already requested a change to the new version of the robot, but so far we have not received a response. We miss weekend support; the robot support often doesn't answer.
