What do you like most?
From the very first sales pitch with Max, to the ongoing support during both the setup process and proactive monitoring ever since we started using the software by Dennise, we are very impressed with the performance by UpsellGuru and the team involved. Whether that be major or minor issues we face (often they are minor but the team takes every request seriously and responds within an hour max) very excited to be working with the team and very excited to see the performance of the tool itself. I have worked on many software projects and this one stands out by far.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Absolutely nothing. Even when we had a request to look into a potential use of the software within our reservations department, the team was quick to schedule a call and work out a potential scope of use.
