What do you like most?
Onboard has revolutionized our applicant management. The fact that all applications from various platforms now converge in one central location saves us an enormous amount of time and resources in our daily work. Thanks to the integrated messenger, all communication, both internally and externally, has become much faster and more transparent. Everyone on the team can immediately see which stage of the application process a candidate is in and what has been discussed so far. Another major advantage is the flexible design of job postings, as we can individually define which specific information we want to request beforehand. Onboarding was extremely easy thanks to the clear to-do lists in the system, and support responds to questions quickly and professionally at all times.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There really is nothing to complain about. All our questions were fully answered during the initial training, so the system allows for absolutely smooth and trouble-free work in everyday practice.
