What do you like most?
We've used other reputation management tools before, and we're very impressed with MARA's clear inbox and ease of use. All reviews and messages from different platforms are bundled in one place, making our daily work significantly more efficient. A real highlight is the simple way to respond to reviews thanks to MARA's AI. This saves a tremendous amount of time, as you only need to make adjustments, while simultaneously ensuring a consistent, high-quality communication style. The ability to create our own surveys is also a huge plus. This allows us to directly capture and analyze customer feedback. Setup was also quick and easy. The process was seamless, so we were able to get started right away without a lengthy training period.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integration with OpenTable is not yet possible. The redirection process needs improvement to ensure optimal usability of the workflow within this portal.
