Online reputation shown real time, friendly user, competitor check accurately, set goals as a yearly target for team, aligned with TripAdvisor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Need to filtering the fake, abuse, or negative review that unreal which bring down the business. the sentiment could be improved to well identify the guest's comment and the sentiment summary should be able to utilized for analysis, several tabs / facility on the system still not maximized to utilized.
