What do you like most?
The digital credit card authorization forms have been particularly valuable. Prior to Canary, we relied on manual, paper-based authorization forms. Canary’s Digital Authorizations solution, which includes a proprietary fraud algorithm, has been crucial in helping us substantially reduce fraud and chargebacks. - The platform has streamlined our operations, increased revenue through advance payments, and saved us valuable time. Furthermore, it offers our clients a more convenient payment process, removing the need for them to come to our facility in person. - The interface is clean and easy to use, and we have not experienced a single chargeback case since adopting the platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We did recently receive a few client calls reporting a double charge where the bank is currently holding the funds; however, the money typically clears within two to three days, and we hope this can be resolved smoothly.
