What do you like most?
Ease for guests, which increases the number of tips left for team members. additionally, it is another source to obtain great guest feedback.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish there was a way for guests to select a team member by name in the rooms, not just a room number. We currently have to do manual split calculations daily.

Thank you! Yes, we have a few options-- match tips by boards, or have the guest choose a name (so the team would need to leave a thank you/service card w their name so the guest knows who to choose) -- if interested, please reach out to [email protected]
