What do you like most?
The SiteMinder system is very beneficial for our resort that centralised all the bookings, pricing and inventory in the platform. We also integrate well with our PMS and the Booking Engine and insights works well to provide information, reduce manual updates, and minimize errors. Additionally, the Booking Engine increased our online presence and boosted bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, our resort very satisfied with SiteMinder system. We wishes to make the Booking Engine more modern in the design and may be more option of payment gateway than only PayPal or Asia Pay currently. Thank you.
