What do you like most?
From a marketing perspective, I like how Event Temple brings sales and event information together in one place. Having a central system helps create better visibility across the business and supports communication between our marketing, sales and events teams. For a hotel group operating across multiple properties, consistency and access to information are particularly valuable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From a marketing perspective, I'd welcome more flexibility in reporting, particularly around tracking enquiry sources and understanding how marketing activity contributes to confirmed bookings. Being able to create more tailored reports and easily compare performance across multiple properties would help us better understand what's working and where to focus our efforts.
