What do you like most?
I believe that the tool is useful but they really need to focus on more customer support and success. I believe that the tool offers valuable features and has the potential to greatly benefit businesses in managing their operations more efficiently. However, to fully realize this potential and ensure a positive user experience, Fornova must prioritize improving their customer support and success teams. Providing timely, responsive, and proactive assistance is essential for helping customers navigate the platform, address issues promptly, and maximize the value of the service. Strengthening this area would not only enhance user satisfaction but also build stronger, long-term relationships with their clients.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our experience with Fornova has been disappointing, mainly due to poor communication from the customer success team. After signing up for a free trial, we were left waiting for weeks without any updates or support. This lack of follow-up makes the free trial feel ineffective and leaves potential customers frustrated. If Fornova cannot provide timely support, they should reconsider offering free trials that lead to long periods of inactivity. Improving communication and providing prompt assistance would significantly enhance the user experience and build trust with potential clients.
