What do you like most?
I’ve found Turneo to be an invaluable platform that empowers my team to deliver exceptional guest service while driving revenue and operational efficiency. It enables us to manage and track bookings seamlessly, report on departmental performance, identify new opportunities, and gain meaningful insights into guest behavior - from recognizing high spending guests to addressing potential service gaps. A key strength of Turneo lies in its AI generated recommendations, which suggest relevant experiences and upgrades to guests based on details from their reservation. This intelligent approach has significantly enhanced the guest journey while increasing our upsell success rate and the number of ancillary bookings per guest. The platform’s intuitive and user-friendly interface, for both guests and the concierge team, makes it easy to navigate and highly efficient to use. The onboarding process was smooth, with excellent support from the Turneo team, and my department has seen a notable improvement in productivity compared to our previous manual system. Turneo has become an integral extension of both the Guest Relations and Spa & Wellness departments, helping us deliver tailored experiences and curated packages that truly resonate with our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having used Turneo throughout a full season, I currently have no suggestions for improvement. The Turneo team are highly responsive to feedback, continually introducing updates and new features that refine and enhance the overall experience.
